Ufic spokesperson Prime Kufa yesterday confirmed that all was set for Judgement Night 3, an event which he said was expected to attract hundreds of international guests to the National Sports Stadium in Harare.

The church, led by Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa, expects a large crowd of approximately 200 000 people to attend the Judgement Night 3 event that will take place on Friday August 28, Kufa said.

He said preparations for the event were at an advanced stage with thousands of foreign delegates having booked to attend the all-night event. He said they expected about 20 000 foreign delegates.

Kufa said the church had negotiated with selected hotels and lodges for discounted rates to accommodate thousands
of foreign congregates coming to Zimbabwe.

Kufa said Judgement Night 3 would be one of the most subscribed events in the country in recent years.

“We have lined up quite a number of musicians to entertain people for this year’s event. We have Baba naAmai Charamba, the Mahendere Brothers, Pastor Leonard Zhakata and many others,” he said.

Kufa said the event would see Makandiwa delivering a special service for his congregants who would include cabinet
ministers, legislators and many other prominent people.

Miracles and deliverances have been billed as part of the event’s “delights”.

The Ufic Harare branch will today launch a pre-crusade awareness campaign where thousands of its members will march in the central business district to build hype about Judgement Night 3.

During the launch of this year’s crusade, Makandiwa told Ufic congregates that God was preparing something great for them.

“I am ready for you, are you ready for me?” Makandiwa asked.

The last two Judgment Nights each attracted more than a 100 000 guests who squeezed into the 60 000-seater National
Sports Stadium.-Standard
