Mudiwa, pictured here with Steward Bank Chief Executive Officer Dr Lance Mambondiani, at the Sterkinekor Lounge, Westgate in Harare, was clearly bubbling with excitement.

In an interview with Nehanda Radio, Mudiwa said “It is a great honor to see a big company like Steward Bank partnering with my brand. All I can say is God is faithful and when its your time its your time to shine.”

As brand ambassador Mudiwa will be expected to appear on jingles, billboards and other types of advertising, to market the bank’s many products.

The “Anhu Acho Tisu” hitmaker has previously starred in adverts for Oceane Parfums Collection and Sterkinekor Zimbabwe.

“This is the biggest deal I have signed so far in my life,” Mudiwa told Nehanda Radio.

It could be one of many “Mega Deals” to come for the rapper given that Steward Bank is owned by the country’s largest mobile network Econet Wireless Zimbabwe.

It’s already proving a fruitful year for Mudiwa. He was nominated for the Zimbabwe Music Awards (Zima) and has three other nominations in the Zim Hip Hop Awards.NEHANDARADIO
