Zimbabwe’s President Robert Mugabe who eight months ago read out the wrong speech at the opening of parliament, has blundered again.
In yet another clear sign that the 92-year-old president is no longer fit for office, on Friday 13th ,he visited Chief Gutu’s homestead to pay his last respects to his uncle the late Chief Gutu, Mr Anos Kasirayi Masanganise nearly three years after his death.
According to the state owned Herald, Mugabe failed to attend the funeral at the time owing to pressing national commitments.

In September last year he gave the same speech during his state-of-the-nation address on 25 August, when he was heckled by opposition MPs.
His spokesman told the state-run Herald paper the error was because of a mix-up in the president’s secretarial office.
