Dr Munyaradzi Kereke ,Bikita West legislator who  Raped girl aged 11 at gunpoint has been found guilty by a Harare court.

Kereke, a former advisor to Ex-Reserve Bank Governor Gideon Gono, has been accused of raping an 11 year old girl at his home in the Vainona suburb of Harare in 2010.

Harare regional magistrate Mr Noel Mupeiwa convicted Kereke of raping his wife’s niece but has cleared him of indecently assaulting her sister.

He will be sentenced on Tuesday.
