Nearly two weeks after President Robert Mugabe fumed at Saviour Kasukuwere, the Local Government minister, for allegedly selling land meant for Zanu PF youths to Walter Magaya, the leader of the Prophetic, Healing and Deliverance (PHD) Ministries, new details have emerged confirming the transaction in which $100 000 was paid to Kasukuwere.
