Thousands of dollars worth of property is feared to have been destroyed in Beitbridge after a Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) storehouse reportedly went up in smoke at the country’s busiest port of entry.
People in Beitbridge confirmed seeing huge flames at the ZIMRA building while others took to social networks posting pictures of the big inferno.
The cause of the fire is not yet known and efforts to get a comment from the ZIMRA area manager identified as Mr Zifudzi were unsuccessful as his mobile phone was out of reach.
