Top lawyer Advocate Sylvester Hashiti has been arrested on Wednesday and has been detained by police in Harare for questioning.
Preffered charges could not be ascertained at the time of writing.
This follows hot on the heels of MDC Alliance lawyer Thabani Mpofu who was charged with defeating or obstructing the course of justice and is currently out on bail.
