Shasha nominated for Zimbabwe Achievers Awards

THE queen of Amapiano continues to shine for Zimbabwean born and South African based BET awards winner Shasha after she was nominated for three categories in the 6th edition of Zimbabwe Achievers Awards(ZAA)- South Africa set for next month.

The star who was recently nominated for the African Entertainment Awards USA set for December, has seen her name being included in three categories of Zimbabwe Achievers Awards -ZAA.

ShaSha was nominated in the Outstanding Achievement in Music category alongside Ammara, Hilzy and Nadia Nakai, Outstanding Achievement in Entertainment Awards category with the likes of Chunky Phiri, comedian Long John and Q Dube with the third category being the People’s Choice Award alongside Long John.

“We are delighted to bring the 6th edition of the ZAA SA which will be held in Johannesburg in December. We acknowledge the strides taken by people in various disciplines during the COVID-19 period. For example, Shasha has been very outstanding in as far as entertainment is concerned,” said Conrad Mwanza ZAA International’s Chairman.

Other big names nominated for the awards include footballers Elvis Chipezeze, Kuda Mahachi and Willard Katsande who will be battling it out in the Peter Ndlovu South Africa based Footballer of the year award.

The Zim Achievers Awards is an international initiative launched in 2010 to recognise, honour and celebrate outstanding Zimbabwean talent from various fields such as entertainment, sport, media, philanthropic works and business.
