President Robert Mugabe will hand over the Sadc chairmanship to President Ian Khama next Monday, in a move analysts described as giving the bloc some teeth to reject dictatorship, rights abuses, and electoral fraud in the region. 
Khama will be installed chairman at the 35th Sadc summit of heads of State and Government in Gaborone.
Khama is one of the few African leaders who has stood up to dictatorship in the region. – dailynews
