Diaspora vote challenge order has been granted by Chief Justice Malaba.
The application for direct access was granted with no order as to costs. In view of the importance of the matter and taking into account it’s urgency, the Chief Justice directed that it be heard on an expedited basis. To that end, the substantive matter will be heard on or around the 7th of February 2018
The case was heard in chambers and Advocate Thabani Mpofu represented the applicants
