Marshal who has written two books to date clinched the deal this month. The company Xlibris publishing house will for the next year possess the sole copyrights to his latest book Poor Billionaire.

In an interview Marshal said he was overwhelmed and humbled by the fact that his work was being recognised internationally.

“It’s amazing how at my age I have managed to set an image and also to be changing many people’s lives through my work,” he said.

Marshal said that the publishing house reviewed his book, before the deal was set.

“They checked my book to see if there was any plagiarism and were delighted to see that my work was authentic. After that they called me to tell me that they were interested in my book and the deal was set,” he said.

Marshal said the deal entailed that he couldn’t sell the book to anyone or company, as the UK publishing house had all the copyrights.

His first book was Success in no time, which brought him to the limelight . . . and if it’s worth mentioning he indeed has become successful in no time.

Besides writing, Chiza is a librarian at Bulawayo Public Library. What may have started off as a simple hobby for young Marshal, who is probably Bulawayo’s youngest astounding author, has played out to be a barrier breaking and game changing profession.

His tale began this year when he launched his first book — Success in no Time, which ultimately led him to being perceived as the youngest author ever to have published a book.

At the age of 19, he has managed to pen two books, Success in no Time and Poor Billionaire, which he launched in Harare at the HICC last year.

Not only has Marshal been acknowledged as a force to reckon with in the field of motivational tutoring but he was recently ordained as a strategic minister in motivation under Faith in God Ministries.

Marshal’s rise to the top has also seen him landing international interviews with world news sources CNN and New York Times newspaper where he featured as one of Africa’s budding leaders of tomorrow.
