Businessman Bigboy Pachirera claims that sometime in December 2013, Chihuri caused his unlawful arrest on allegations of theft and that he was over detained and released willy-nilly without going to courts.

Through his lawyer Rungano Mahuni, Parichera claims that after his release from custody Chihuri ordered the police to harass, steal and rob him of his property.

Mahuni claims that Chihuri ordered that several of his vehicles were taken to the vehicle theft section at Southerton Police Station for verification where he was tortured and harassed.

Pachirera is claiming US$500 000 in property value which includes a house and two vehicles while US$1.4 million is for damages in loss of business during the time he was being harassed. US$1 million is being claimed for psychological lesion.
