Mnangagwa’s British Link Exposed

After reading the Newstateman latest publication on Zimbabwe titled “The Potrait is falling, the last days of Robert Mugabe”, I couldn’t help but laugh at the desperate obsession with a Mnangagwa presidency in Zimbabwe that the British have exhibited lately.

These British, Mnangagwa publicists, in trying to portray ED as shoe-in Mugabe successor, rubbish the opposition in Zimbabwe by presenting Tsvangirai as a dying political force while presenting Mujuru and some top ZimPF ex-Zanu-PF officials as desperately expectant Zanu-PF would-be returnees.

Martin Fletcher, the British journalist writing for this staggering, limping and totally Mnangagwa drunk British publication, made the inferences from information gotten from a Mutsvangwa NTA proponent, Derek Matyszak whose PCC team failed to persuade Dr Mujuru to endorse the murky idea of a transitional authority.

It is apparent that the whole story is a desperate but shoddy attempt at sprucing up the image of Mnangagwa in the vein hope he can be Zimbabwe’s next President. What we find hard to fathom is the British publication’s motivation to do PR for Mnangagwa through some clandestine and spooky interviews which unfortunately, gloss over his role in the Gukurahundi massacres.

Just like Leon Mugesera in Rwanda, through some reckless tribal diatribe wherein he called Tutsis cckroaches, Mnangagwa incited the genocidal killings in Matabeleland and Midlands provinces after calling the people of the area cockroaches, then supposed to be exterminated using DDT. What is nauseating however, is that while Mugesera is serving a prison life sentence for his diabolical statement, this British publication and it’s Mnangagwa praise-singers want to present ED as presidential material despite his devilish statement that saw more than 20 000 civilians losing their lives in a massacre that his boss calls “a moment of madness”.

Mnangagwa belongs to Chikurubi or some such place that the Hague headquartered ICC could have confined him to if all things were equal. Rather than talk of Mujuru, these staggering Mnangagwa PR zealots would do well to persuade him to release the Gukurahundi inquiry report because as Minister of Justice, he certainly should know where it is hidden.
