Mugabe orders police, army to shot to kill protestors as political unrest continues

Following this week’s peaceful protests that turned violent after police started attacking the protestors, any angry President Robert Mugabe has reportedly ordered police and the army to shot and kill the protestors.police car burning

 

Government sources have revealed that Mugabe had ordered that the security forces deal decisively with the protestors.

 

“We gave them (security forces) an open licence to kill… he said it is high time these opposition supporters are taught a lesson,” the source said. After peaceful protestors had been wantonly attacked by the police who fired teargas and poisoned water, the marchers retaliated by burning vehicles belonging to the police and the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation. Tomorrow, a coalition of pro-democracy forces is planning a march to demand electoral reforms in the country.
