FORMER Finance Minister and PDP president Tendai Biti on Wednesday sent twitter into a frenzy after making a suggestion that men must wash their wives underwear.
Biti was responding to a twitter user Terry who asked whether a man should wash his own underwear or it should be left to the wife to do so.
