A man committed suicide by consuming poison, after allegedly murdering his wife at Nottingham, United Kingdom. The deceased have been identified as Robert (40) and Rumbidzai (37). The couple has left behind a child.
Robert Gore reportedly stabbed his wife Rumbidzai Magaya to death before poisoning himself. According to the Zimbabwean Community in the UK, the incident occurred on the 16th of June.

Robert is said to have stabbed his wife in the early hours of the morning around 2am after he suspected that his wife was having an affair with another man behind his back. Rumbidzai is said to have arrived home late on that night of the incident and it wasn’t her first time after all.
The local police reportedly said that the husband had organized a birthday bash at the resident for his wife who would have been turning 37 on Friday the 18th of June. Dr. Shobha Rani informed Newsday that Rumbidzai had suffered severe head injuries though it appears as she was stabbed several times until death.
”Based on the information shared by the next door neighbors, we understand that Robert and his wife had many differences. He hit her with a kitchen knife. Later, he committed suicide by consuming poison,” said the Officer.
Robert fled the scene afterwards, only for his dead body was discovered in the back garden of his house. The reason for the murder and suicide are not yet known.-Online
