A secret plot between ex- finance minister and MDC Renewal leader Tendai Biti and the dreaded Central Intelligence Organisation(CIO) to scheme and manipulate politics in MDC has been exposed, theZimbabwenewslive.com can reveal.
According to an authoritative document in possession of this paper, in 2010 a plan was hatched for the purpose of ousting veteran leader Morgan Tsvangirai from the party. The plan , would include strategies to rop in key members of the MDC leadership secretariat.
More than US $10million was invested by Zanu PF forces into the project to effect the leadership change in the MDC, which has been used to fund several missions for media and publicity campaigns,bribing leaders, functionaries as well as structures to back the plot.
Tsvangirai eventually sacked Biti in 2014.
