A Zimbabwe wild rhino managed to get himself into a spot of bother when he wedged his snout into a car tyre.
Mark (yes, that’s the name park rangers have given him) was going about his daily rhino business by Lake Chivero Recreational Park in the Zvimba District when the discarded tyre became stuck, meaning he couldn’t eat or drink.
But luckily, a team of vets from the Aware Trust charity came to Mark’s rescue as soon as they were made aware of his predicament. They managed to remove the tyre after tranquillising him.
A happy ending for Mark.
