Boxer Dereck Chisora has been involved in a mass brawl outside a London nightclub.
Chisora told the Daily Mail that he was in fact trying to break up a fight. He said he and some friends had been to upmarket eatery the Chiltern Firehouse for dinner and drinks before heading to the bar in central London.
Chisora went on: ‘The fight had started when we got there, and I went to break it up. We were going to go to the club, where our friends were waiting for us, but didn’t because of everything going on outside.
‘I slipped over, I wasn’t being pinned down, and the bouncers didn’t treat me badly at all.’
