Watch This :TB Joshua predicts ISIS attack on Nigeria?

A video purportedly shows Prophet T.B Joshua’s ‘prophecy’ about ISIS attack on Nigeria.

On April 10, 2016, Nigerian pastor T.B. Joshua reportedly ‘prophesied’ about a foreign attack on Nigeria that would take place on a Thursday. A few weeks later, the Islamic State claimed responsibility for a horrific suicide bombing that took place on Thursday May 12, 2016 in Maiduguri, Borno, Nigeria at the state government secretariat. The news was released through terrormonitor.org, an international online terror watch website. Reports state that several were killed in the attack including police men on duty at the time.

This is the first time that ISIS has claimed responsibility for an attack within the shores of Nigeria.

A video purportedly showing the ‘prophecy’ was released on YouTube with T.B. Joshua saying, “I see Thursday, Friday. Pray for these two nations – Nigeria and Ghana – over gathering in any way; over attack. I am seeing attack and that will be in a foreign way. The attack will come not in a local way. So please open your lips and pray for these two nations for protection”.

He did not however state whether the said Thursday or Friday would be in that month or the next, explaining “not necessarily this week, because it is a battle between the evil spirit and the Holy Spirit.”

Several online and print news media reported on the prediction at the time. The prophecy sparked a huge reaction in Ghana with the National Police Service offering a nationwide alert as well as the president urging citizens to be calm in the wake of the attack warning from T.B. Joshua. In Nigeria however, the prophecy was less regarded. Perhaps this may serve as a wakeup call to Nigerians worldwide.
