Arsene Wenger is under some serious heat from supporters at the moment, but one fan may have taken his dislike for the Frenchman a little bit too far.

As we’ve told you previously, an element of the club’s frustrated fanbase are constantly protesting against Wenger signing a new deal at the club, with marches and demonstrations now a common theme before games.

However, one man’s opinion has gone viral on social media in the last 24 hours after he compared Wenger’s behaviour to that of Zimbabwean dictator Robert Mugabe.

The unnamed supporter, wearing a red and white scarf and presumably speaking before the weekend’s FA Cup tie with Lincoln City, manages to actually keep a straight face during his monologue, and seems to be deadly serious:

In case you’re not aufait with Zimbabwe’s politics, Mugabe has held power for over 40 years in the African country, having refused to give up office. Many also believe the 93-year-old should be tried for crimes against humanity.

On the other hand, Wenger has managed to only win two FA Cups in the last 13 years.

Yeah, the situations are similar, mate – well put!
