The late VP Joshua Nkomo did not support Dembare, according to veteran broadcaster, Ezra Sibanda.
He said :”Father Zim Joshua Nkomo was a die hard Bosso fan. Unfortunately state security confiscated my interview tapes with Nkomo about his love 4 Bosso of which I would be sharing now.
It’s unbelievable his ex security aide has the guts to lie maybe seeking relevance. Joshua Nkomo who I had privilege of spending time with during my 4 hour interview narrated the
history of the club.
He talked a lot about missing some Bosso games because Highlanders lost games whenever he was there and laughed saying “bathi ngisinda iteam”. Joshua Mqabuko Nyongolo Nkomo was a nationalist and supported
Highlanders FC period.”
Nkomo’s former head of security, Nehemiah Nyathi revealed that Dynamos occupied a special place in the late nationalist’s heart.
